Sapa Dragon is a family run place in a great part of town. The family is incredibly nice and very accommodating. We stayed here for a night & ended up rebooking with them again when we passed through a second time. We couldn't have asked for better.

owner speaks a bit of english and she’s extremely friendly and helpful. She would proactively check on our stay and if any help is needed. She would help to suggest and book tickets for us. the best thing is that the owner replies instantly to whatsapp if any help is needed. If i were to travel to Sapa again, this would definitely be the top choice with this range of budget, recommended for any foreigners traveling who doest speak Vietnamese.

The owner gave me an upgrade to a room with nice view! Staff members were very kind. The Owner alliwed me to take a break when I was waiting for a bus which was being delayed. Thanks a lot!

Very friendly owner with her family. The massage at the hotel provided very good service with very reasonable price. For sure to come back this hotel again.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with a smile as did the entire extended family. Was a 2 minute walk from the station.
